Redwire Defense Tech Riga seeks a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong sales background and proven success in demanding international markets.This role is suited for a structured and goal oriented professional who performs effectively in fast paced environments and demonstrates strong commitment to advanced UAS aerospace and defense technologies.As a key contributor to global growth you will define market strategy drive high impact sales initiatives and build strategic relationships with customers partners and industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliancesConduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer assessments to guide strategy and product directionDrive sales performance through active lead management, channel expansion, and achievement of revenue targetsMaintain and track sales metrics and pipeline performance to support data-driven decision makingPrepare accurate forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, government agencies, and industry stakeholdersRepresent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and high-level customer engagementsDevelop and execute strategies for international tenders and complex acquisition programsPrepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and capability briefingsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutionsMonitor global industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological developments to anticipate market shifts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldProven record in international business development or sales within aerospace, UAS, defense, or advanced technology sectorsDemonstrated success in challenging or emerging marketsProject or program management experience preferredAbility to expand revenue streams and develop new marketsStrong networking, negotiation, and communication skillsStrong understanding of company products or services, market positioning, and competitive landscapeAbility to analyze market dynamics and convert insights into executable strategyExperience with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies, including entering and managing sales opportunitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with disciplined, results-driven executionWillingness to travel globally for customer engagements and strategic activities.
