We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and growth initiatives for our recruitment agency. This role is focused on building strong, long-term partnerships with organizations across industries, understanding their hiring needs, and positioning our agency as a trusted talent solutions partner. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, resilient, and passionate about creating opportunities that connect people with meaningful careers.


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through networking, cold calls, presentations, and referrals.


  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.


  • Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and service agreements.


Business Strategy & Growth


  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and agency growth objectives.


  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.


  • Collaborate with management to design service offerings and pricing strategies.


  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.


Collaboration with Recruitment Teams


  • Partner with consultants and researchers to align client requirements with suitable candidate pipelines.


  • Ensure smooth handover of new client accounts to delivery teams while maintaining strong client involvement.


  • Provide insights from clients to recruitment teams to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


  • 3–5 years of proven experience in
    business development or sales

    , ideally within the recruitment or HR solutions industry.


  • Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.


  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.


  • Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
