driven environment, this is a game-changing opportunity for you. AURA is looking to add a BusinessDevelopment Manager to our demand focused team.

You will play a key role in helping AURA grow and manage the entire sales process (prospecting, qualifying, positioning, closing, and supporting client
onboarding) from beginning to close.
With a primary focus on new signed revenue this role sits at the heart of AURA’s B2B and B2B2Cecosystem. You will successfully drive high activity and strategic outreach efforts, maintain a clean and accurate pipeline of new business opportunities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


Outcomes and Key Responsibilities


● New Revenue Generation
○ Achieve minimum new revenue targets per half (Bi-Annual quota) through new customer
acquisition.
○ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline ensuring consistent opportunity flow.
● Strategic Outreach
○ Conduct strategic outreach to key decision-makers (C-Level Executives, Directors etc)
across multiple industries.

● Meeting Goals
○ Run at least 5 customer meetings per week, 2 of which need to be initial discovery
meetings with new prospects.

● Pipeline Management
○ Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within the CRM with 15-20 qualified opportunities
at any given time.
○ Ensure that pipeline stages, next steps, and close dates are consistently updated and
reflective of the deal's actual status.
● Adaptability & Creativity in a High-Growth Environment
○ Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a fast-growing business using
creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to uncover and address prospective
customer pain points.

Your Skillset
● Sales Execution
○ Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
with a minimum of 4 years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B and or B2B2C sales
environment.
○ Expertise in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, with a track record of driving
high revenue targets
○ Experience in B2B sales within SAAS, marketplace platforms or large enterprise
solutions will be advantageous.
● Strategic Prospecting & Outreach
○ Skilled at targeting key decision-makers using personalized outreach strategies to open
new opportunities.
○ Experience in navigating complex and lengthy B2B sales cycles.
● Pipeline & Opportunity Management
○ Ability to manage a pipeline of 15-20 opportunities simultaneously ensuring accuracy
within the CRM system.
○ Proficiency in forecasting and managing deal progression to maintain a high-velocity
sales process.

● Communication & Relationship Building
○ Strong ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders, from managers to C-
level executives.
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Adaptability & Problem Solving
○ Comfortable working in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment, using creativity to
find new approaches for engaging prospects.
○ Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies and adapt to new processes, targets, or changes
in the market.
