✅ Your listing presentations are compelling, tailored, and confidently delivered

✅ You’re on top of inbound leads from Project Sales & Residential Sales, following up fast and converting efficiently

✅ You negotiate with confidence and secure signed management agreements consistently

✅ New properties transition seamlessly into management because you collaborate closely with the PM team

✅ Your CRM is clean, compliant, and up to date — no missed follow-ups, no loose ends

✔️ You hold a current Real Estate Registration/Licence + driver’s licence
