Job Description

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Proactively develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into profitable business.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver individual sales targets aligned with overall company goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Participate in CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and growth.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value customers.
  • Grow revenue, margin, and retention within assigned accounts.
  • Act as the first escalation point of contact for local accounts.
  • Lead major customer engagements, including RFQs and contract negotiations.

Collaboration & Commercial Excellence

  • Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management using CRM systems.
  • Act as a role model for best-practice sales behaviors and commercial discipline.
  • Contribute to overall company profitability through strategic account management.
