Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the private homecare sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders
Develop tailored care solutions to meet client needs and expectations
Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Represent the organisation professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and sales pipelines
