Business Development Manager (BDM) – Retail, Wholesales, E-commerce SaaS
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a Retail, Wholesales and E-commerce Business Development Manager to drive growth across our retail technology portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strong pipelines, and closing B2B deals for retail solutions including Point of Sale, Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, and omnichannel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for retail technology solutions (POS, WMS, OMS, ERP, Omnichannel).
• Acquire new clients across retail, wholesale, pharmacies, beauty, fashion, supermarkets, and multi-branch chains.
• Lead discovery meetings and present integrated retail solutions based on business value and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with presales teams on demos, proposals, and solution design.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and reporting.
Requirements
• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS or Retail Tech preferred).
• Understanding of retail operations and supply chain workflows.
• Familiarity with POS, WMS, OMS, or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and discipline.
