Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research prospective clients and referral opportunities using a variety of tools, platforms and approaches.
  • Conduct outreach and initial conversations to build rapport, understand needs, and arrange introductions to the appropriate advisors.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and referrals, ensuring timely triage and smooth, efficient handover to the right teams.
  • Maintain high‑quality data and accurate records within internal systems to support transparent pipeline management.
  • Produce regular activity reports and pipeline updates that inform decision‑making and support team performance.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for wider business development initiatives, including events.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, feedback and ideas that enhance our approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a client‑facing or commercially focused role; experience in wealth management is helpful but not essential.
  • Background in Sales and/or Business Development with experience engaging prospective clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to grow and advance business initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage individual opportunities while supporting broader team priorities.
  • Confident and personable networker who builds trust‑based relationships with ease.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau (preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced functionality) and confidence using PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Brings energy, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute.
  • Builds rapport with clients and colleagues through professionalism, empathy and respect.
