About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be securing new rental managements for Urban Real Estate. You'll be supported by a high-performing internal marketing and sales team, and you’ll work closely with leadership to identify and convert new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the rental portfolio by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
• Prospect and connect with current landlords and investors to maximise opportunities for securing additional property managements.
• Conduct accurate, on-brand rental appraisals for prospective landlords and investors.
• Deliver compelling marketing presentations and tailored solutions to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads from internal teams including Project Sales and Residential Sales.
• Manage negotiations and secure signed management agreements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new properties, working closely with the property management team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate business development, leasing, or property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on results.
• Familiarity with CRM/property management systems (e.g. Property Tree) is ideal.
• Current real estate registration/licence and a valid driver’s licence.
