About the Position:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing Business Development Unit! In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to help drive Sam’s solutions forward. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (and French-an advantage) and have a proven track record in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to tackle challenges with creativity and resilience.
