Luxury group of 6 properties across the Caribbean is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Miami/FLL area.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth by expanding
market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and generating new revenue streams
across our portfolio of hotels based in the Caribbean. This role drives revenue growth
by building strong trade relationships, optimizing distribution channels, and executing
targeted sales initiatives aligned with our commercial plan and brand positioning.
The BDM works closely with Group Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing,
Reservations, Property GMs, and our leadership team to deliver profitable market
share growth and support long-term expansion strategy across the Caribbean.
The BDM holds direct accountability for delivering measurable revenue growth across
defined segments, markets, and strategic accounts, ensuring all sales activity contributes
to sustainable top-line performance and margin integrity.
