Job Title: Outside Sales Representatives (Professional Services)

Location: North York – hybrid with travel

Industry: Professional Services - Legal

Salary: $80,000 –$110,000++ expected comp (base + commission)

Our client is an industry-leading professional services firm in the legal space.

They are seeking a highly motivated outside sales rep to join their dedicated team. This role offers regular exposure to corporate professionals in the insurance, legal and related industries The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, corporate and professional environment.

As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and nurturing long-term relationships that drive sustained growth. This is a hybrid position involving both in-office collaboration and on-the-road relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with lawyers, paralegals, and other legal professionals.
• Represent at industry events, conferences, and Lunch & Learns
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from introduction to engagement.
• Track leads, outreach efforts, and activity metrics using a CRM platform.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop regional growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and strengthen relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Law or similar is required
• 3+ years experience
• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or professional services within the legal, financial, or consulting sectors is required
• Experience using CRM tools to manage outreach and pipeline development.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within Canada as required.
