
Job Title - Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's market expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor offerings, and client needs; develop targeted business strategies accordingly.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the client portfolio.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, architects, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in business development within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
Proven track record in driving business growth and successfully closing projects within the fit-out or design sector.
Strong understanding of interior design processes, material selection, and project execution workflows.
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency.
Valid UAE Driving License.
