Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) KSA will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the Saudi market. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, sales execution, and compliance management to align with local regulations and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop go-to-market strategies for KSA, focusing on high-potential industries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Relationship Management
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
- Foster partnerships with corporate clients, distributors, and government bodies.
Operational & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to KSAs legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, HR) to streamline operations.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market insights, and business forecasts.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 510 years in business development or sales, with a proven track record in KSA.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and key industries.
- Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with KSA government regulations and licensing processes.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
