Responsibilities Include:
Supporting deal sourcing and acquisition strategy
Coordinating due diligence and financial reviews
Working with legal teams and advisors
Supporting transaction execution and integration
Assisting leadership with growth initiatives
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in M&A or corporate development
Strong analytical and financial skills
Experience working on transactions
Highly organized and strategic thinker
Healthcare experience preferred
Salary $150k/Year + Commission
