Now, we're setting out to increase the company's visibility and positioning in the market. The AI wave cracked open a window to reposition the business, launch our consumer AI products (amongst them Ace AI browser) and access capital markets for the first time.

We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to help identify and build the next growth engines for Arpeely.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities before they’re obvious, open the right doors, understand the economics behind a deal, and turn conversations into meaningful business.

What You’ll Do

• New Business for Ace Browser: Drive new business for Arpeely by sourcing premium Tier-1 monetization brand partners to integration into Ace.ai Browser and Ace.ai Suite
• New Business for Arpeely DSP: Source, manage and onboard high-growth companies onto Arpeely’s distribution engine
• Account Management & Onboarding: Onboard partner companies into Arpeely, serve as the primary point of contact and advocate their needs internally
• Deal Ownership and Market Mapping: Own opportunities end-to-end, from market mapping and initial outreach through business case development, negotiation, execution, and launch.
• Strategic Initiatives: Propose and execute ad-hoc business initiatives to strengthen the positioning of the Ace.ai Suite and Arpeely's performance DSP

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, Strategy, or another highly commercial role in a technology company.
• Proven ability to source, develop, negotiate, and close meaningful business opportunities.
• Familiarity with monetization partners, affiliates and demand sources
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and external partners.
• A builder mentality. You’re comfortable operating without a predefined playbook and turning ambiguous opportunities into concrete plans.
• Strong ownership mentality and the ability to move independently from idea to execution.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
