We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Junior Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting the growth strategy of the company and driving new business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the business development team in identifying and exploring growth opportunities, potential partnerships, and new markets.
• Conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Preparing presentations and reports to support proposals and business cases.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and align with market needs.
• Supporting the development of proposals, bids, and other documents required for business development.
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and supporting outreach efforts to attract new clients.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, other Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, a related field or Business Administration shall be considered a plus
• Internship or some experience in business development or regulatory affairs, within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and the willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
• Strong focus on problem solving, conflict resolution and delivering outstanding performance
