For our office in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our Amsterdam team. As an intern, you’ll support a dynamic department that plays a crucial role in the growth and visibility of UNS projects worldwide. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to real-time initiatives and strategic collaborations.

What kind of tasks?

You will support the Business Development team with a range of tasks, including:

• Handling incoming inquiries from clients, partners, and collaborators

• Assisting in the preparation of tenders, bids, and client proposals

• Conducting targeted searches for new project opportunities

• Helping to maintain and expand our global network of advisors and collaborators

• Performing market research in key regions where UNS is active

• Preparing and updating company marketing materials and pitch decks

• Supporting the team in maintaining and updating our CRM database

Throughout your internship, you’ll gain insights into the business side of architecture and deepen your understanding of how large-scale design firms operate internationally. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, marketing specialists, and senior team members, developing a sharp eye for opportunities and storytelling.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Architecture

• You are available to work at the office 4-5 day’s per week

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• You are flexible, proactive, and service-minded

• You have an affinity with architecture, design, or the creative industries

• You are confident with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and ideally also the Adobe Suite

• You enjoy working independently and have a practical, hands-on approach

• You have good writing skills and attention to detail

Conditions on doing your internship at UNS:

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the whole duration of your internship.

2. In the case of non-EU citizenship, you must be registered as a student at a Dutch educational institution.

3. In case of EU citizenship, you may be registered at any educational institution.

4. Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remote and UNS does not facilitate housing for your internship.
