We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who is ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with senior leadership on real business opportunities.

This is not a typical internship. You’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from day one and your work will directly contribute to Gradion’s growth.

    What We’re Looking For

    We’re looking for someone who is:

    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
    • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business, sales, and entrepreneurship.
    • Highly detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
    • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
    • Confident communicating with professionals from different cultures.
    • Analytical, resourceful, and able to think critically.
    • Willing to take ownership and work independently when needed.

      • Bonus Points

      • Previous internship, student leadership, or entrepreneurial experience.
      • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
      • Interest in AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
      • Experience conducting B2B market research or using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
