About the Client

Our client is a leading digital marketplace in Sri Lanka, connecting buyers and sellers through a convenient online platform. The company operates across multiple categories, including vehicles, property, jobs, electronics, and services, and is focused on creating a trusted and seamless experience for its growing customer base.

We are looking for a Field Sales / Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through client visits, customer relationship management, and effective business development activities. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in client interactions, and capable of building and maintaining a strong customer pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within stipulated timelines.
• Develop, manage, and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Conduct regular client visits and build long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous sales growth.
• Educate customers on membership benefits and effective ad posting/boosting.
• Provide regular market and competitor insights to the team lead.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the team lead to support business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and professional ethics.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid rider's license and own motorbike are mandatory.
• Below 30 years of age.
• Willingness to conduct regular client visits.
• Target-oriented with strong customer relationship-building skills.
• Residing in or around Colombo, Kandy, or Galle.
