Position Overview

Our client is a leading provider of premium built-in kitchen appliances and integrated kitchen solutions, serving residential and commercial customers through a network of dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic relationships across key channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and business development expertise, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market penetration.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, project, and distribution channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, kitchen studios, developers, contractors, consultants, and key corporate clients.

  • Expand the dealer and distributor network while ensuring strong channel engagement and performance.

  • Promote and drive sales of premium built-in kitchen appliances and kitchen solutions, including cooking appliances, ventilation products, sinks, taps, dishwashers, kitchen hardware, storage solutions, and countertop products.

  • Generate project opportunities within residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for channel partners and end users.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and provide regular performance reports to management.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, networking functions, and industry forums.


Requirements


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 7–8 years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or project sales.

  • Experience in premium home appliances, kitchen solutions, consumer durables, sanitary ware, interior products, building materials, home improvement products, or related industries is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities.

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and channel partners.

  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.

  • Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating partnerships.

  • Commercial acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with architects, interior designers, kitchen specialists, contractors, and real estate developers.

  • Strong understanding of premium consumer products and customer-centric selling approaches.

  • Established network within the home improvement, construction, interior design, or kitchen solutions industry.

  • Ability to manage both project-based and channel sales opportunities.

  • Professional, mature, and capable of representing a premium brand in the market.
