
Jadeer is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Business Development Executive to focus on the US market. Our client is a fast-growing fintech company providing digital payment and consumer finance solutions through partnerships with major retail and e-commerce brands. This role will drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and develop market entry and expansion plans for the United States.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the US market, targeting retailers, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partners.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and partnership frameworks tailored to regional customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary commercial contact to drive contract negotiations and closures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, operations, marketing) to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
Track sales performance, pipeline metrics and revenue forecasts; report insights and progress to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings across the US as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of business development, sales or account management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, e-commerce or related digital services.
Proven track record of winning and managing B2B deals in the US market.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and partner management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills; comfortable using CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipeline and forecast.
Self-starter who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel within the US as required.
