Job Description

  • Generate new sales leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting sustainability and ESG services, including training, certifications, assessments, and consultancy solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents with support from technical teams.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and coordinate customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs established by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in sustainability, ESG, or consultancy services.

  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
