Job Title: Business Development Executive (Staffing & Contractor Services)
Location: Onsite or Remote (Windham NH)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the staffing and contractor services industry The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, relationship building, and workforce solutions, with a proven ability to drive growth and expand market presence. This role offers flexibility for candidates to work either onsite or remotely, depending on location and preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing and contractor placement across key industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and KPIs
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new service opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools
• Represent the company at networking events, virtual meetings, and industry conferences (as applicable)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing, recruitment, or contractor services industry
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce solutions, staffing models, and employment compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences staffing
• Established network of industry contacts or previous client portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-based commission
