Business Development Executive – Software Solutions & IT Services

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Emirati professional to join our client's team as a Business Development Executive, focusing on software solutions and IT resource augmentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Candidates with a strong aptitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in business development are encouraged to apply, even if they do not have direct experience in software sales or IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across software solutions and IT resource augmentation services.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and client engagement through proposal development and deal closure.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, networking events and business development activities.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities within the UAE IT and technology sector.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, software solutions or IT resource augmentation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment and market dynamics.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to software sales, IT services or technology-related business development.
• Experience engaging with government entities or banking clients.
• Understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation or technology services.
