
Business Development Executive
Location: Singapore (On-site)
Salary: SGD 3,500 per month + Commission (SGD 2,000 – 3,000 per month)
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on outbound lead generation through digital channels and is ideal for someone who is confident in initiating business conversations online, skilled in strategic outreach, and experienced in building and managing a qualified sales pipeline.
Our approach is rooted in social selling and targeted digital outreach to engage with the right clients in meaningful ways.
Identify and research high-potential prospects aligned with our ideal client profile
Conduct personalised outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
Craft engaging messages that spark interest and drive responses
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in outreach strategies
Monitor outreach performance and optimise based on data and feedback
1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or social selling
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and digital outreach tools
Organised, proactive, and results-oriented
Based in Singapore and legally authorised to work here
Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B services
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Understanding of digital sales funnels and marketing automation
Base salary of SGD 3,500 per month
Commissions ranging from SGD 2,000 – 3,000 per month
