We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This isn’t your typical cold-calling role - you’ll be at the forefront of modern sales, using social selling and targeted digital outreach to connect with the right prospects in meaningful, strategic ways.

If you’re confident starting conversations, know how to cut through the noise online, and thrive on building pipelines from scratch, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and research high-value prospects aligned with our ideal client profile

  • Execute personalised outreach across LinkedIn, email, and digital channels

  • Write compelling messages that capture attention and drive replies

  • Build, manage, and consistently grow a strong pipeline of qualified leads

  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine and optimise outreach strategies

  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or social selling

  • Strong written communication and sharp copywriting skills

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and digital outreach tools

  • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven mindset

  • Based in Singapore with full working rights

Nice to Have
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B services

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Understanding of digital sales funnels and marketing automation
