About the role
Our client, a leading multinational technology consultancy with a strong APAC footprint, is hiring a Business Development Executive to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Security and Azure solutions across enterprise customers. The role is focused on identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships with security and IT leaders, and driving end-to-end sales cycles for cloud security and modernisation engagements.
You will work closely with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partner ecosystems to co-sell and deliver value, helping clients secure their environments and adopt Microsoft's evolving security stack with confidence.

Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of Microsoft's Security portfolio including Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance), Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management), and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management).
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to customer priorities and the wider Microsoft Cloud strategy.
- Lead consultative customer conversations around data modernisation, analytics strategy, AI adoption, and Zero Trust security.
- Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver outcome-led solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using CRM tooling.
- Stay current on Microsoft's evolving security and Azure roadmap, regulatory shifts, and competitor landscape.
What we need to see from you
- 5+ years in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud security.
- Hands-on commercial experience selling Azure cloud and Microsoft Security solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft's Security stack and Zero Trust architecture (Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, Intune).
- Proven success in consultative selling to CISOs, security architects, and compliance leaders.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, quantifiable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystems is highly advantageous.
Compensation & package
- Performance bonus: THB 1,200,000 (target, on-target earnings)
