What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for driving commercial growth in the Mexican market by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering solutions that address advertisers’ business and marketing objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Generate and develop new sales leads in the Mexican market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to solution design, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with clients to identify business challenges and growth opportunities, positioning Circana’s Media and MMM solutions as strategic enablers.
  • Scope studies aligned with advertisers’ marketing and business objectives.
  • Support and grow existing client relationships through MMM-based insights and ongoing value delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers on the client side.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Insights, Analytics, Product, and Communications teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Work closely with the Communications team to increase awareness and adoption of Circana’s MMM solutions.
  • Actively manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying risks, addressing challenges, and uncovering opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Mexican media landscape;
  • Experience in media planning and/or media data analysis;
  • Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken);
  • Portuguese is a plus;
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills;
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable;
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 10+ years of relevant commercial experience.
