Job Description

Our client is an International based Real Estate Agency Company.

Responsibilities:

• Managing new and existing stakeholder relationship.
• Meeting buyers and sellers of the properties or development.
• Presenting and selling the investments to clients and various stakeholders.
• Researching and analyzing global products and markets.
• Organising exhibitions and seminars with local agents in various locations worldwide.
• Handling legal paperwork and contracts.
• Follow up with sales transaction.
• Organising the advertisement of properties or developments.
• Promote sales through advertisement, open houses and also participation in multiple listing.
• Motivation to reach or exceed the monthly sales individual and team sales target.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years relevant working experience.
• Able to travel abroad such as UK/Mainland China.
• Confidence when liaising with clients and key decision makers.
• Self-motivating, able to provide a great customer service, outgoing personality and problem solving skills.
• Data analysis.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• More experience candidates will also considered as Business Development Manager.
