Job Identification

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will drive equipment strategy and business performance by managing ROI, investments, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on optimizing placement, planning, and execution through data-driven insights and efficient stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities

  • To play an active role in processes that need to be reconciled between CCI, distributors and suppliers,
  • To work ROI with the finance team to determine efficiency targets and determines the targets accordingly. Afterwards, informs the field according to the new targeting and activates the DT and related departments for systemic changes (same procedure for zero sales equipments),
  • Ensures that stocks in CCI and distributor warehouses are efficiently and effectively placed. Takes action to shift Capex or Opex investments between regions based on CDE ROI, market share and SOCVI,
  • Determination of cooler placement criteria, control of the implementation with shared reports, sharing with sales teams, and field visits and taking necessary actions,
  • The management of the transaction process with CCI, the reports prepared by the Finance team will be followed up, the actions to be taken by dealers and sales teams will be determined and followed up,
  • Make CRC visits. The annual CRC plan is made in agreement with the technical service, and determine the coolers which sales centers will receive from the CRC. Monthly routine reporting of occurrences, taking instant actions within the month according to region needs and priorities,
  • Preparing the annual CDE Capex budget in accordance with field needs and company investment strategies and submitting it to the approval of the management for procurement planning process (with studying Narrative, CPR and Specify CDE KPI’s),
  • Interpretation of collected requests from Sales Centers and making analysis with financial teams during the demand planning process and presenting the plan to which region to invest to management for approval process,
  • After CDE portfolio approval, controls whether new and refurbished equipments are going in planned periods according to reports. Determines the actions (fine, etc.) to be taken on suppliers and warehouse basis and submits it to the management approval,
  • To follow market researches and international trends related to CDE, analyzes innovations, mobilizes suppliers with additional ideas, and produces samples after receiving comments from appropriate managers of draft studies (includes technical service and purchasing in this process) ensures that the samples are tested in the field and warehouses, presents the test results it deems positive to its manager, and ensures their realization by obtaining their approval,
  • To determine channel based equipment placement criteria and models, and ensures that the equipment is placed in the correct channel and segment accordingly. Provides the necessary reporting and tools to be taken live by activating the relevant departments,
  • To prepare and organize online and class training programmes for CDE Processes,
  • Making the necessary actions to take the necessary direction on the reported the data of coolers specified in the loss status on the data to be received from the finance team,
  • The employee is responsible for fully complying with the company's information security policies, data protection standards, and relevant regulations

Capabilities

  • 2-4 years of experience,
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Driving license,
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills,
  • Advanced in Microsof Office Programs,
  • Located or willing to locate in Istanbul
