
Job Title: Business Development Executive – Interior
Solutions (Wall Coverings & Stretch Ceilings)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and
ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Qatar. In this
role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities, driving sales growth, and building long-term client
relationships within the interior design and construction sectors. You will act
as the face of our brand, promoting our premium wall covering solutions and
stretch ceiling systems to architects, designers, contractors, and high-end
clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative design
products, influence interior environments, and contribute to the growth of a
dynamic and creative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct market research to
identify potential clients, project opportunities, and key decision-makers in
the construction, interior design, and real estate sectors. Build a pipeline of
qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong,
long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants,
contractors, project managers, and end clients. Understand their needs and
offer tailored solutions using our innovative wall coverings and stretch ceiling
systems.
Product Presentation & Technical Consultation
Deliver engaging presentations
and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our
product range. Provide technical consultations and suggest suitable solutions
based on project requirements.
Sales Planning & Execution
Develop and execute strategic
sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Prepare
competitive quotations, proposals, and tenders. Follow up consistently to close
deals and convert opportunities into sales.
Project Coordination Support
Liaise with the design,
production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Attend
site visits and client meetings to coordinate expectations and timelines.
Brand Representation & Marketing Participation
Represent the company at
industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote brand
awareness and generate new business. Collaborate with the marketing team on
campaigns, digital promotions, and client outreach strategies.
Continuous Learning & Product Knowledge
Stay up to date with product
developments, design trends, and competitive offerings in the interior
finishing and ceiling systems market. Attend training sessions and provide
feedback on market demands.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related
field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development
or sales, preferably in interior solutions or fit-out projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and
building strategic partnerships.
Valid Qatar driving license and own car (preferred).
Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
