Drive
new client acquisition
across the financing ecosystem (dealers, banks, digital partners).
Sell and cross-sell multiple products, matching solutions to client needs.
Manage the
full sales cycle
— prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Conduct
site visits and outstation travel
to engage clients directly (all travel reimbursed).
Achieve sales targets and enjoy attractive
commissions
based on client transactions.
Act as a trusted partner to clients before handing accounts to the relationship team.
Share insights on market trends, competitor moves, and new growth opportunities.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
1–5 years’ experience in
business development, sales, or relationship management
(fintech, banking or financing industries are ideal).
Hunter mentality — confident in building pipelines, negotiating, and closing.
Strong communication in English and Mandarin.
Flexible to travel for client meetings (outstation trips).
Fresh graduates with exceptional drive may also be considered.
