At Fortrade, you'll join as an Business Development Executive, working with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in our services. You'll build relationships, understand client needs, explain our platform and products, and support clients through the account-opening process.
This is not cold calling.
We don't require a finance degree or previous trading experience. We're looking for people who are:
Business Development Executive is the starting point, not the destination this is more than an entry-level opportunity.
Business Development Executive is where our internal career path begins, with opportunities to develop towards Senior Account Manager and Team Leader roles based on performance, development and business requirements.
We've seen people progress to Senior Account Manager in as little as four months.
Successful candidates from the initial interview stage will be invited to our one-week fully paid training programme.
You'll learn about the platform, products, communication and compliance while demonstrating your suitability for the role.
Training is part of the selection process, followed by a Final Interview. Successful candidates will then join the Business Development Executive/ Account Manager team.
