Key Responsibilities: Business Development (European Market)

• Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients in the European market using various channels such as cold calling, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Monitor relevant market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to seek out sales opportunities and deliver innovation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather insights, share feedback, and drive continual improvement in service delivery.
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and performance against targets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: International Sales Success

• Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally with some exposure to the localisation or language services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse business clients.
• Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively within an international team.
• Previous call centre or inside sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients.

Working Conditions: Egypt-based, European Business Hours

• Full-time role based in Egypt: from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Hybrid work options – combining office presence with the flexibility to work remotely.
• Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager.
