Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers through calls and follow-ups
• Drive lead conversion and revenue generation
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
