Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):

1. Identify Growth Opportunities: Develop strategies to identify new business opportunities within the natural resources sector (covering agricultural, fertiliser and mining analysis) focusing on testing, inspection, and analysis services.
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive business development efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
5. Overall responsibility for the marketing and business development strategy for Agri division of CTD Indonesia.
6. Improvise and monitor operating profit for Agri division, take proactive decision when necessary.
7. Coordination with Operational Management to formulate a sales and marketing strategy for each CTD Indonesia office.
8. Key contact with major customers to increase sales and market share with those key customers.
9. Analysis of the market to identify trends, opportunities and threats – communication of those opportunities to Operations and Management.
10. Be responsible for sales increase in Agridivision.
11. Identify business opportunities for profitable growth in Indonesia.
12. Be responsible for the coordination and submission of Local Rates and for Indonesia clients as well participate in Regional / Global rate submissions.
13. Assist with the recovery of debts as and when required.
14. Responsible for athe achievement of the budgeted Agrirevenue nationwide.
15. To assist all Agribranches to develop their local business, mmarketing, and revenues.
16. To assist, attend and solve all Agricustomers’ complaints and problem.
17. To train and evaluate Agristaff’s knowledge/skill from time to time.
18. To ensure adequate manpower, equipment and supplies for Agridivision.
19. To provide Agri Monthly Report to CTD Indonesia / Regional Director.
20. Operate the Company’s Business Management System and HSE system on an ongoing basis.
21. To manage / direct reporting for N-1 (Key Agri personnel) at individual branch.
22. Key focal person for Agribusiness Indonesia and be involved in regional discussion /meeting when required.
23. To perform any other related duties that the Company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a bachelor's degree and above
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in Agrifield
3. Required language(s): must be fluent in English
4. Works well under pressure, challenges status quo
5. Able to plan, organize and implement a range of business development promotion programs and events
6. Strong communication skill
