Position Title: Business Development Executive
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Department: Business Development
Location: Remote

Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about client engagement, lead management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with leads generated through our CRM system (warm leads/Cold leads)
• Utilize expertise in freelancing platforms to drive sales and expand our client base.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments
• Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and effectively present relevant solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead progression
• Foster positive client relationships through professional communication

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar systems
• Reliable internet connectivity and a professional, distraction-free work environment
• Availability to work full-time (8 hours per day, Monday through Friday)
• Prior experience with Artificial Intelligence as developer or project coordinator at any level is plus..
• Experience managing enterprise clients and engaging multiple stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
• Basic understanding of modern tech stacks such as MERN, Laravel, and mobile frameworks is a plus.
