As a Business Development Executive, you'll partner with independent liquor and grocery customers, helping them grow their businesses while driving sales, distribution and execution across Asahi Beverages' market-leading portfolio. The role is responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability and brand presence across the assigned territory.

Your Impact

As the Business Development Executive, you'll own a well-established territory across Newcastle and Port Stephens, spending your time building strong customer relationships and helping independent retailers grow their businesses.

You'll be responsible for:

• Growing sales, distribution and market share across a portfolio of Independent Liquor and Grocery customers.
• Managing a territory consisting of approximately 90% Independent Liquor and 10% Independent Grocery accounts.
• Executing promotional activity, pricing, ranging and tailored sales programs.
• Identifying opportunities to increase distribution and profitability within existing customers.
• Building long-term partnerships through regular face-to-face customer engagement.
• Analysing customer performance and using insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Managing your territory through effective planning, reporting and CRM utilisation.
• Delivering exceptional execution across one of Australia's most recognised beverage portfolios.

About You

You're someone who genuinely enjoys sales and building relationships. You're ambitious, self-motivated and looking for a company where you can grow your career.

You'll bring:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within FMCG, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing B2B environment.
• A passion for building lasting customer relationships.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent organisation and territory planning abilities.
• Commercial thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• A proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset.
• A current unrestricted driver's licence.
• A current RSA (or willingness to obtain one).
