seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with strong sales
capabilities and a solid understanding of Management Consulting and Human
Resources services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and
driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This role requires a
confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills who
thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key
Responsibilities

Identify
and develop new business opportunities within the market.

leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Promote
and sell the company's consulting and HR services.

Conduct
client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

Understand
client needs and propose tailored business solutions.

Build
and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Prepare
proposals, commercial offers, and service presentations.

Achieve
and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain
an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.

Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s
degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related
field.

3–5
years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a
similar role.

Previous
experience in Management Consulting, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or HR Services
is highly preferred.

Proven
track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Excellent
English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong
negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

business acumen and consultative selling approach.

personality with a strong presence and the ability to lead discussions and
