Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are expanding our operations in Ireland and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in driving new business growth, building strategic client relationships, and identifying opportunities within the Irish market. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in business development within the IT and consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Generate leads through online research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and prepare tailored business proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in IT or professional services).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in B2B or IT sector sales.
  • Understanding of the Irish and UK business markets.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
