We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial graduate to join our growing Business Development function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to play a key role in helping convert high-potential leads into long-term clients. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, engaging with prospects, initiating conversations and booking meetings, and supporting the wider team in building a scalable and structured business development process.

Wealth challenges come in many different shapes and sizes and often when one least expects it; by putting an investment manager as the main point of contact, we look to develop long term relationships with clients of all ages to guide them through the complex world of investing, so that their wealth can last generations. We offer support to first time investors, wealth planning advice, investment structuring guidance and pension planning.
Our personalised services have helped us grow the number of clients we help. Today, this represents over £10 billion of assets on behalf of close to 20,000 investors across our five offices in London, Bristol, Bury St Edmunds, York and Winchester.
