The Mission: Why Your Work Matters

As a Business Development Executive, you aren’t just selling a service; you are solving the supply chain headaches of Mexican importers and exporters. You will be the bridge between local business and global quality standards.

What you’ll actually do every day:

  • Hunt & Close: You’ll identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events. No fluff—just pure sales execution.
  • Manage Your Own Book: You aren't a cog in a machine. You will develop and manage your own portfolio of international trade clients.
  • Consultative Selling: You’ll work with our Operations and Marketing teams to design solutions that help our clients grow.
  • Grow the Brand: Represent QIMA at major industry fairs and exhibitions.

Qualifications

The Ideal Profile

We aren't looking for a "corporate robot." We want a strategic ally for our clients.

  • Sales Grit: 1+ years of B2B sales experience (bonus points if it’s in logistics or international trade).
  • Bilingual: 80% English is a must. You’ll be talking to the world.
  • Self-Starter: You manage your own schedule and your own results.
  • Negotiator: You know how to find a "Yes" in a sea of "No's."
