About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence within an international education services environment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting education-related services to students, institutions, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & SalesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.Generate leads and convert prospects into clients and partners.Promote education services through meetings, presentations, and outreach activities.Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and partners.Understand client requirements and provide suitable guidance and solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.Handle inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
Partnership DevelopmentDevelop and manage relationships with universities, colleges, and education partners.Explore new collaboration opportunities to expand service offerings.Negotiate agreements and maintain partner relationships.Support onboarding of new partners and institutions.
Market Research & StrategyConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.Support development of business strategies and expansion plans.Identify new markets and segments for growth.
Coordination & Operations SupportWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Assist in organizing seminars, events, and promotional activities.Support application processes and documentation when required.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate records of leads, clients, and business activities in CRM systems.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.Track KPIs and provide insights to management.Monitor performance against targets and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or education consultancy.Experience in international education services or student recruitment is preferred.
