Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 + Vehicle & Fuel Allowance

Our client provides financial services for businesses in the UAE. They are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to support the growth of their accounting and tax services business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the UAE's accounting/financial services sector and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by promoting the company's accounting and tax services
• Conduct cold calls, outreach activities, and networking to generate new leads
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the accounting/financial services sector in the UAE
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with UAE market and client landscape
