As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving FlapKap’s expansion by sourcing, engaging, and acquiring new SME clients, primarily across the UAE market. You will employ data-driven strategies and multi-channel outreach—including calls, emails, and social media—to identify promising leads. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to leverage diverse digital platforms to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify SME leads using digital tools and market research.
  • Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Maintain CRM databases with up-to-date information and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
  • Offer insights and feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in digital prospecting methods using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Maps.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic to handle high-volume outreach and rejection.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of finance or related sectors is a plus but not required.
