Job Description

We are looking to hire a " Business Development Executive" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
• Familiarity with IT products and services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Understanding of the Sri Lankan IT market, International IT market, and business landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on market developments.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining the benefits and features of our products/services
