  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand the company's product range.
  • Schedule and conduct supplier meetings to explore potential partnerships and opportunities.
  • Analyze product performance and conduct P&L assessments to ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Work closely with the Marketplace Team to optimize product listings and sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate supplier terms to secure competitive pricing and favorable business agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
  • Experience in TikTok and live selling operations is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Ability to analyze product performance and conduct P&L evaluations to ensure profitability.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for business growth.
  • Proactive, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment
