WHAT IT TAKES:
We’re seeking someone with proven business development in the Services Sales realm. You’ll ideally have experience in a regulated industry, but that background is not required and we will train you in the Collections and Payment Plan Management industry.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess the following skills and background:
• 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Consultative Selling Approach and ability to understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of integrity, resilience, and self-direction
• Ability to work independently
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Training or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful
Training is required in Billings, MT and you will be able to regularly come to that location, but there is remote-work flexibility. You must reside near Billings or another metro-area within the state of Montana.
