Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities through B2B cold calling and outbound prospecting The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and skilled at identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential B2B clients to introduce the companys products/services.
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
  • Research and build target lists of companies and decision-makers
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and identify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and communication records.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
  • Strong cold calling and communication skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
